Support Infrastructure
I submit a ticket and i get a prompt email response from support with a LINKED ticket #. Upon clicking the ticket # it redirects to a login page - asks for email and password. I eneter them and it responds that the password is wrong - although it is correct. It ha s the option to sign with corelogin, but it takes you to the Core Login page and then what - you still dont get to see the ticket you submitted. Something is wrong with the access to the ticket. CiN7's support folk are actually awesome, but their infrastructure sucks. Can some one in support architecture ficx the ticket access problem.

I'll reach out to you via a new ticket on this.
There's a conflict with your login which support can fix.
If any customer sees this, they should submit a ticket and we can address the issue.
