Expand exchange rate box to allow up to 6 decimal places
When inputting custom exchange rates into payments 4 decimal places is not often enough to get both the USD and the CAD amounts to match exactly. we need to play with the exchange rate to get it as close as possible. This should be an easy thing to fix.

@Doodle Jump I completely agree. Four decimal places aren't always enough, especially when dealing with currencies that have very small exchange rates. Allowing up to six decimal places would improve accuracy and reduce rounding differences in financial reporting. Hopefully this enhancement gets added in a future update.
