Allow CIN7 Job costing Module to link to a Quote or Sales order created in the sales tab.

It would make sense to pull a approved quote or Sales order for an Advanced Sale into the Job costing Module.  this is not possible right now.  you either need to create the sale as a one line item invoice or nothin.
