Food specific product attributes or more additional attributes

We sell food product, it would be good if we could put spec information on the product, maybe there should be an extra additional attribute tab for specification. this could be personalised for different industries but for food we would like to enter nutritional information, ingredients, packaging type, texture, allergens, my contain, claims e.g. dairy free, storage conditions, Version etc. The additional attributes already required are not enough to include this type of specification information.
