Feature Request – Usability Essentials – Standard Range Selection for List Items

Suggested behaviour

Users should be able to select a range of list items using the standard Shift + Click interaction, for example (but not limited to) in list views such as:

https://inventory.dearsystems.com/SupplierList#all
https://inventory.dearsystems.com/CustomerList#all

Users should be able to:

1. Click the first item in a list.
2. Hold Shift.
3. Click another item further down the list.
4. Cin7 automatically selects all items between the first and second click.

This is standard behaviour in the vast majority of applications and operating systems, and would make list handling in Cin7 feel more predictable, efficient, and intuitive.

Ideally, this would also come with improved functionality for bulk actions. However, that is a broader feature request, and I have already submitted at least one related request here:
