Invoice Link Put into Email Template

Hi Team,

I’d like to request the ability to include an invoice link as a dynamic field across all automated email communications in Cin7, including recurring invoice email notifications.

At present, there is no way to consistently include a direct invoice link across recurring notifications and other automated email templates. This limits our ability to provide customers with quick and easy access to their invoices.

Requested functionality:

• Introduce a dynamic field (e.g. Invoice Link) that can be used in:
  • Recurring invoice email notifications
  • Standard invoice emails
  • Automated customer email workflows
  • All email templates within Cin7

Business impact:

• Improves customer experience with direct invoice access
• Speeds up payment cycles
• Reduces manual intervention and follow-ups
• Ensures consistency across all outbound communications

This enhancement would significantly improve both our internal efficiency and customer experience.
