Only one price list avaliable on Notifications - Product Price has changed

On the Notification setting why can I only select one price list? I want to update mutiple mailing lists about different price changes but can only update customers on 1 price list. This should be avaliable for all price lists possibly as a work flow, as currently work flow not avalibale on inventory or product changes..
