Shopify Integration - Log - Bulk Update status

Hi,

I'd like to request an enhancement to the Shopify Integration Log to make it easier to reprocess failed integration records in bulk.

A common example is when fulfilments fail with an "Insufficient Stock" status. Once stock has been replenished, we often want the fulfilment to be re-downloaded from Shopify and processed automatically, rather than manually fulfilling the order.

Currently, the only way to do this is to delete each "Insufficient Stock" log entry individually before reloading the orders. While this is manageable for a handful of records, it becomes extremely time-consuming when there are hundreds of affected entries. For example, I currently have over 300 "Insufficient Stock" log entries for a single account.

A couple of possible solutions would be:

  • Allow users to bulk update the status back to "Pending", similar to the functionality available in the Xero integration, so the records can be reprocessed.
  • Alternatively, provide the ability to bulk select and delete integration log entries, allowing them to be re-downloaded from Shopify in a single action.

Either of these enhancements would significantly reduce manual effort and improve the efficiency of managing large volumes of failed integration records.
