Converting Batch Numbering from Suppliers into shorter format

Issue: The system cannot automatically "convert" a supplier's 20-digit alphanumeric batch number into a shorter internal standard.

Current Workflow: Users must manually enter or scan the desired batch reference during receipt as there is no automated Julian code converter.
