Booking in stock from multiple POs
It would be useful to have a dedicated feature that allows pulling ‘on order’ products from various POs directly into a single receiving screen, without having to merge the original orders.
We have suppliers who send invoices containing items from multiple POs - and currently the system does not allow us to book these in under one goods received process, so can be a very lengthy and complicated booking in process instead.

This would be a very useful improvement, especially for suppliers who combine items from several POs on one invoice. Being able to select products from multiple open POs within a single receiving screen would save time and reduce manual work. It would also make the goods received process much clearer without requiring users to merge the original purchase orders. connections hint today
I agree, this would be a useful improvement. We often receive shipments where one invoice covers several POs, and having to process each PO separately adds unnecessary steps. A receiving screen that could pull outstanding items from multiple POs while still keeping the quantities and PO references separate would make the free online games process much quicker.
