Pulling old orders from Shopify
Has anyone else had Cin7 randomly pull in old orders from shopify? This is now the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the middle of the night with 0 authorization or changes made to our sync settings. Today I found over 2500 line items for orders dating back over a year ago. It's affecting the allocation numbers and lowering stock, therefore reducing the quantity we have available to sell. I am exhausted with this problem reoccurring and spending hours of my time cleaning up the fallout.
