Receiving non inventory product

We buy physical samples that we do not stock at the same time as buying stock. If i receive 100 items of stock and 5 items of non inventory i cannot see that we have physically received that stock. Orders can be delivered in multiple drops so i cannot copy remaining from order into the invoice either.

In my opinion you sould be able to receive non inventory product as it is a physical item.
