Capturing additional Shopify fields for international shipping Completed
Hi,
currently Cin7 Core Shopify integration does not seem to capture additional Shopify fields that exist to assist merchants that ship internationally to the countries listed below.
We checked and the information is present within a Shopify order, but it's not captured when imported in Cin7.
So my request is to capture this additional information so that it can be processed within Cin7 (e.g. for providing this information to fulfillment provider).
Information not yet captured by Shopify integration:
CPF/CNPJ number (Brazil)
PCCC number (South Korea)
CF/PEC (Italy)
resident ID (China)

Hi Felix,
this feature is now available in Cin7 Core. Shopify orders containing personal ID information (depending on region) are downloaded with our orders.
For phase1, this information is captured in the ‘Shipping notes’ field as it is a requirement for these international orders to have this information printed on shipping labels.
There will be a later phase where we will surface this information on sales orders in a separate UI field.
