Ability to mark products as "Discontinued"
A way to mark products as "Discontinued" while remaining stock is continuing to sell down. Something between Active and Deprecated. but preferably by location. Discontinued items would not be available for purchase orders, and would not come up in forecasting that triggers reorders.

We made sale SKU's and assembled the stock into the same SKU so only a specific volume was effected. not great but works for us as we have Best before dates. Problem is assembling in to the other sku makes the product original sku trigger reorder
This is an absolute must feature thats needed.
