Is it possible to have the drop-down option in a production BOM so it can be changed between average cost and fixed cost?
This option is available for Assembly BOMS, and it would be very helpful to have it in the production BOM as well.
For example,
When a component does not have any transactions to generate the average cost but the Latest or Fixed Purchase cost has been entered for that component product, the customer can select either of the other two options.
This will reduce any manual work that needs to be done to have a more accurate costing.
