Amazon FBA stock not syncing
Hi,
Anyone has any idea why my FBA integration is not syncing? Basically, I have integrated FBA fulfillment service, send stock to the ‘Cin7 Amazon Location’ but the stocktake is not being automated. Do I have to sync Amazon integration itself or will FBA integration be enough?
However, on sellercentral itself I have near to 0 stock and I am not being notified/aware as I usually track through Cin7 itself.
Any helpful tips outside of their manual would be great!

thank you for your community post.
Usually there is a 2-step process:
1) update the stock levels from your warehouse (e.g.: Amazon FBA) into Core
2) sync the stock levels from Core to your selling channels (e.g.: Shopify, etc)
For step #1
a) You will be able to automatically configure your FBA integration to automatically sync stock from your FBA warehouse into Core at least once a day.
b) Alternatively, you will also be able to manually sync the stock levels whenever you want from:
* Amazon FBA integration → Catalogue tab → Sync Stock Levels
The above will only work if your products are mapped correctly between Core and Amazon FBA.
Regarding your issue, it appears the example product you have provided on your support ticket is NOT mapped correctly. I have asked support to get in touch with you.
I have actually MAP it correctly, at least on my computer it shows the correct mapping.
I've tried the manual Sync multiple times and it does not work.
