thanks for your community post. I am sorry to hear of your integration issues from ‘Extensiv’ (a 3rd party solution).
Cin7 Core offers a public API whereby 3rd party solutions such as Extensiv is able to utilise to update tracking information for Core Sales orders in bulk. If Extensiv is unable to do this, there may be opportunity for Cin7 to recommend a preferred party to handle your Ship Hero 3PL integration into Core in a more seemless and automated way.
