Product availabilty

  Good day

  The deprecated product may still have existing stock, which is why it appears on the product availability report. This allows you to see and manage any remaining inventory effectively. Additionally, you can check the "Status" checkbox under the Gear settings to clearly view the status of the product.

  Hi Galina,

  I must have misunderstood depreciated (I only depreciate Items we no longer have in stock) So this then becomes a two fold issue:  

  1) there is no filter options for the product availability screen, so we cant ask to just see active items 

  2) a new category for completely depreciated, no longer hold stock or will be making/buying said item, when we can't delete a product because it has been used in activities, but no longer need to think about that item,..ever and want it marked as no longer in use. that sort of category.

  Thank you for the update.

  Could you please provide your opinion on the following feature we can implement? We propose adding a “Show only active” checkbox to the product availability report. This feature will show only products with the status "Active". If this meets your expectations, I will include it in our feature plan.

  Hi Galina, I note that recently, the ability to view only active products is made available in Cin7 product availability tab. 

  However, when we log out or refresh the page….the box is unchecked. 

  Please allow users to save this preference so that we only view active products all the time without having to reselect this option.
