Imporant Missing Notification Needed in Sales

I have just realised this missing Notification/Feature that can be very useful to most business that that forward/indent orders. 

ISSUE: There is no indicator anywhere to indicate if an order was Authorised with or without allocating stock. This is dangerous if a business regularly uses both features.

Our Business Takes Future Orders and Authorises these sales without allocating stock. 

Couple of issues you can run into with the current system are

1. If mistakenly staff allocates stock and Authorises a order meant to be fulfilled 6 months from order date, we will not be able to sell that stock as it allocated to  future orders, these orders would have stock coming in to fulfil them 

2. When our stock arrives we would like to the Allocate the stock to these orders, but because there is no indicator we would not know which are the orders that need the stock allocation

3. Even if we figure out which orders need Stock allocation there is no option to now allocate stock to these orders. 

Since we would expect to have about 300-400 such orders I need way to do this. Without spending hours and manually going into every order to do it. 

Solution

1. On the main sales page in in sales page add icon or add additional colours to the Basket icon which is indication if the authorised order has been authorised using allocate stock or no stock has been allocated 
2. When more than 1 order is selected Allocate Stock option is available to be selected from The Fill and Authorise drop down menu.
3. Have a report showing stock allocated or not for pending sales.

This is a HIGH PRIORITY FEATURE REQUEST I am sure it would benefit many of the cin7 Core users.
