Amazon products supported by Cin7 Core

Cin7 Core supports multiple Amazon products. In this article we will discuss the different Amazon products, their key capabilities, and how they interact with Cin7 Core.

Amazon Seller Amazon seller provides a marketplace where product sellers can list their products to sell directly to customers. Amazon Seller orders can either be fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or fulfilled by 3rd party merchants (FBM).

  • Capture orders from Amazon and create sale orders in Cin7 Core.

  • Stock levels automatically update from Cin7 Core to Amazon.

  • Inventory costs and movements are synced to your accounting application.

  • Items are NOT listed from Cin7 Core to Amazon.

  • Amazon orders can be either fulfilled by Amazon (requires FBA integration), or fulfilled by the merchant.

Amazon Business Amazon Business is an extension to Amazon Seller which allows product sellers to sell to other businesses.

  • As for Amazon. Amazon Business orders are captured and processed in the same way as Amazon Seller orders.

  • Capture PO numbers for Amazon Business orders and have these included on shipping labels.

Amazon FBA Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a third-party logistics (3PL) solution and is one of the world’s largest fulfillment networks.

  • Create external warehouse/fulfillment center as a separate location in Cin7 Core.

  • Send sale order details from Cin7 Core to FBA.

  • Download shipping/tracking information from FBA to Cin7 Core.

  • Synchronize inventory quantities between Cin7 Core and FBA.

Amazon MCF Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is a third-party logistics (3PL) solution that enables ecommerce businesses to leverage Amazon’s fulfillment network (FBA) to pick, pack, ship, and deliver their orders from non-Amazon sales channels (E.g.: Shopify orders).

  • As for Fulfillment by Amazon, but can send sale orders from third-party sales channels such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

  • Fulfill orders using unbranded packaging (blank box).

  • Block Amazon logistics and fulfill orders with other carriers (e.g. USPS)

  • Currently available to US sellers only.
