Data analytics for B2B portal pages

B2B portal currently offers the option for our users to use Google Analytics or HubSpot to analyse web traffic on their portal pages.

Prerequisites

  • B2B portal must be included in or added to your subscription.

  • Set up a B2B portal

  • Active integration with HubSpot OR Google Analytics account is required in order to use this feature.

Use Google Analytics

Go to the General tab of your B2B portal integration and scroll to General Settings. Enter your Google Analytics Tracker ID in the field provided. This will embed the relevant Javascript snippets into each B2B store web page to enable tracking.

Use HubSpot tracking

Go to the General tab and scroll to General Settings. Enable Use HubSpot Tracking.This will embed the relevant Javascript snippets into each B2B store web page to enable tracking and the information will by synced to HubSpot.
