Security settings
Maintain and enhance the security of your account with security settings. You can find the security settings below in your General Settings, in the Settings section of the main menu. For more security features, see Account security features.
Two-factor authentication
If you are the account owner, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for the organization here, providing an extra layer of security. Every user of the organization will need both a password and an authentication code to log on. See Two-factor authentication for more information.
Password change frequency
Users in your organization can be forced to change their passwords at regular intervals. Password change frequency can be set to Never (default), every month, every 3 months, every 6 months,or every year. The date of the next password change is calculated from when the password was first set, not from when the password change frequency feature was activated.
