Single sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) enables you to log in to Cin7 Core with your Xero, Intuit, Google, or Microsoft account credentials. By allowing users to borrow credentials from these trusted providers, SSO makes creating users, logging in, and password management faster and easier.

Set up SSO

To set up SSO, you must have already set up your Cin7 Core user and two-factor authentication (2FA), and the email you use to log in must match that of the SSO provider you want to use.

To set up SSO:

  1. Log out of Cin7 Core.

  2. Go to https://inventory.dearsystems.com/Account/Login.

  3. Click either:

    1. Sign in with Google

    2. Sign in with Xero

    3. Sign in with Microsoft

    4. Sign in with Intuit

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Log in with SSO

Once you’ve set up SSO, you can log in with it:

  1. Go to https://inventory.dearsystems.com/Account/Login.

  2. Click either:

    1. Sign in with Google

    2. Sign in with Xero

    3. Sign in with Microsoft

    4. Sign in with Intuit

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you use Google SSO or Microsoft SSO, you can log in to these other parts of Cin7 Core with SSO too:

  • POS web

  • POS application

  • WMS application

  • MES application
