Configure transaction sync for sales channels
Configure how transactions from your sales channels (invoices and credit notes, COGs, payments, and money tasks) are exported to Xero.
Sale channel sync type is a table where you can each of your connected sales channels with its sync type for invoices, COGs, and payments. You can select Individual or No sync for each sales channel and transaction from this table. You can also consolidate transactions.
Turn off sale channel sync
Turn off synchronization for a whole sales channel, or just some types of transactions.
Select Integrations from the main menu, then Xero.
Go to Consolidate on export, and make sure the sales channel you want to turn off is not added to that transaction type (invoices, COGs, journals).
Go to Sale channel sync type.
Set the sync type as No sync for the sale channel and transaction type. Transactions will be visible in your sync history, but marked as Skipped.
Sync sale channel transactions individually
Syncing transactions individually is the default export setting for all sales channels and transaction types. You can return to individual sync from consolidated exports or if you have previously turned off transaction sync for a sales channel.
Select Integrations from the main menu, then Xero.
Go to Consolidate on export, and make sure the sales channel you want to turn off is not added to that transaction type (invoices, COGs, journals).
Go to Sale channel sync type.
Set the sync type as Individual for the sale channel and transaction type.
