Cin7 Core email outage

Cin7 Core had an email outage from 8:32pm, 9th of February (UTC) to 4:30 am, 11th February (UTC). We are working to resolve this issue with our third-party provider Sendgrid. We will update our progress on the Cin7 Status page.

Emails during this period are delayed and not processing. Cin7 Core will successfully send any emails generated after 4:30am, 11th February (UTC).

Send documents manually

You can download your invoices, purchase orders, and other documents manually and then send them as attachments through your normal email provider.

You can use the Print option on a range of Cin7 Core modules, including Product, Assemblies, Stock Transfer, and more.

We understand that this workaround will not be suitable if you need to send a large quantity of emails. We are working to restore our email delivery services as quickly as possible.

Download sales invoice or quote

You can download your sales invoice or quote as a PDF

  1. Open the sales order or quote.

  2. Select Print.

  3. Select what part of the Sales order or quote you would like to download.

  4. Your invoice will download as a PDF in your browser.

You can then send an email from your normal email provider and include this as an attachment.

Download purchase order

You can download your purchase orders as a PDF.

  1. Open the purchase order.

  2. Select Print.

  3. Select what part of the purchase order you would like to download.

  4. Your purchase order will download as a PDF in your browser.

Duplicate emails after the outage

When Sendgrid is delivering emails again, Cin7 Core will send any emails that are under 72 hours old. You will need to resend anything older than 72 hours.

If you sent sales invoices or other documents manually, the customer may receive a duplicate email from Cin7 Core. We recommend only sending urgent emails during this period to minimize any confusion from duplicate emails.

Unable to log in to Cin7 Core

If you use email as your two-factor authentication method or need to reset your password, you will not be able to sign in to Cin7 Core.

We can help you access Cin7 Core again. Create a ticket, and we can temporarily turn off your two-factor authentication or help reset your password.
