Reauthenticate Shopify
You may need to reauthenticate your Shopify integration following product updates or to troubleshoot sync issues. If your integration is connected to multiple Shopify stores, you need to reauthenticate each connection separately.
If a connection needs reauthentication, you will see the Update Shopify connection button on that connection’s Setup tab.
Prerequisites
You have full access for Integration → eCommerce and marketplaces - Shopify permission
If your Shopify integration is connected to multiple stores, you must be logged into the matching Shopify store before reauthenticating that connection.
Reauthenticate a Shopify connection
Follow these instructions for each connection that needs reauthentication:
In Shopify, log in to the matching store: https://accounts.shopify.com/
In Core, go to Integrations > Shopify.
Open the connection and go to the Setup tab.
Click Update Shopify connection and follow Shopify’s onscreen instructions.
