Update Shopify connection
When Cin7 Core introduces features that require new Shopify API permissions, you need to update your connection to grant the additional scopes. This is not a re-authentication. Your integration stays active and existing order, product, and inventory syncs continue uninterrupted.
You may need to do this more than once as new features are released that require additional permissions.
Prerequisites
You have full access for Integration > eCommerce and marketplaces - Shopify permission
If you are connected to multiple Shopify stores, you must be logged into the correct Shopify store before updating that connection.
Update your Shopify connection
Repeat these steps for each store connection:
Log in to your Shopify store: https://accounts.shopify.com/
In Core, go to Integrations > Shopify.
Open the connection.
Click Update Shopify connection and follow Shopify's onscreen instructions.
Repeat for each additional store connection.
