Set up ForesightAI
Set up ForesightAI to start optimizing your inventory with AI-powered forecasting and replenishment recommendations.
This includes adding the add-on to your subscription, choosing a strategy, and refining forecasts to better match your business needs.
Prerequisites
Cin7 ForesightAI included in your subscription.
ForesightAI requires at least 6 months of sales history in Cin7 Core.
1. Add ForesightAI
ForesightAI is a paid add-on that must be included in your subscription before use. A two-week free trial is available.
From the user menu, open My subscription.
Click Update subscription.
Select ForesightAI is under Add-ons.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update your subscription and make payment.
2. Choose strategy
Strategies define what matters most to your business—like profit or revenue. They guide how products are prioritized and how forecasts and replenishment are calculated.
Go to Purchases > Smart Reorder.
Open Forecast and Settings.
From the user menu, choose Product segmentation.
Choose your strategy: Profit, Revenue, Sales frequency, or Sales quantity.

3. Refine forecasts
Refinements adjust your product, branch, and supplier settings to improve forecast accuracy, fine-tuning how demand and replenishment are calculated.
