Managing products in sales channels
Cin7 Core allows product management in your sales channels) from the Channels tab of a product's record. Here, you can view the product's quantities in Cin7 Core and, if applicable, in your sales channel stores, and see if a product is already listed in your sales channel store or not. In addition, you can list, unlist, or remove a product from a store, and update the product information as shown on a store. You must have your products set up first before you can post them to a sales channel.

Users will need the Inventory: Products and families permission in order to use this feature.
List a product in a sales channel
List a product in one or more sales channels directly from a product's record.
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products.
Select the product you wish to list to the store.
Click the Channels tab.
Under the Actions column, click List. Cin7 Core will then attempt to list the product to the sales channel store. You will be kept informed of the listing status via email notification.
Update product information
When you update information about a product in Cin7 Core, you can push the updated information to the sales channel store where the product is listed from the product's record.
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products.
Select the product with the updated information from the list.
Click the Channels tab.
Under the Actions column, click Update. Cin7 Core will then attempt to update the product's information on the sales channel store. You will be kept informed of the status via email notification.
Unlist a product from a sales channel
You may temporarily remove a product from a sales channel store in case its stock runs out. In this case, you can unlist the product. Unlisting keeps the product in the sales channel but does not display it in the store.
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products.
Select the product you wish to unlist from the store.
Click the Channels tab.
Under the Actions column, click Unlist. Cin7 Core will then attempt to unlist the product from the sales channel store. You will be kept informed of the status of your action via email notification.
Remove a product from a sales channel
If you are no longer carrying a product in your inventory, you may permanently remove it from a sales channel store. Once removed, you have to list the product again.
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products.
Select the product you wish to remove from the store.
Click the Channels tab.
Under the Actions column, click Remove. Cin7 Core will then attempt to remove the product to the sales channel store. You will be kept informed of the status of the action via email notification.
