MRP module would be better for warehouse ops by BIN not just location

I was just looking at the MRP module for replenishment, this looks like just the thing we need except ….

1. It cannot be set by bin, we have a large warehouse and one SKU may be in 20 locations with one pick location, we need to replenishment the pick bin but there is no setting anywhere to set replen points on bin locations of product pick locations.

2. it does not recommend stock based on FEFO and by bin.

We have looked at other warehouse management systems and they have set up for pick bin replen but Cin7 does not and its a massive flaw, we are wholesale and have lots of stock per SKU all with BBD, we need to be able to do stock movements FEFO.

    Hi Dawn,

    • Yeah, a replenishment function is something that is missing as I wrote in another f'request thread. 
    • You are right, you would need to be able to distinguish what are you pick bins locations, compared to bulk storage locations, which wouldn't be too hard to implement I don't feel.
