Manage account ownership
The account owner has complete control over your Cin7 Core account, including the ability to transfer ownership to another user. Once ownership has been transferred, the original account owner becomes a regular user.
The account owner can also assign co-owners. Co-owners have the right to reset two-factor authentication (2FA) and speak on behalf of the account owner.
Prerequisites
To change the account owner or assign a co-owner, you must be the account owner.
Change the account owner
From the Settings menu in the navigation, open Users and roles.
Open the Users tab.
Open the user to make account owner.
Click Set as account owner.
If you aren’t the account owner but need to change the account owner (for example, if the account owner has left your business), submit a ticket with Cin7 Core Support.
Assign a co-owner
From the Settings menu in the navigation, open Users and roles.
Open the Users tab.
Open the user.
Click Set as co-owner.
