Invite users and advisers
Inviting users and advisers gives them access to your Cin7 Core account. You can invite users up to your plan’s user limit and all the advisers you need.
Users and advisers will receive their invitations by email. New users must create a password and set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Existing users and advisers can log in with their existing credentials.
Prerequisites
To invite a user or adviser, you must have the Settings > Users and roles permission.
Invite a user or adviser
From the Settings menu in the navigation, open Users and roles.
Open the Users tab.

Click either:
Invite a user
Invite an adviser
Enter the user’s or adviser’s Email.
Click Send.
Tell the person you’ve invited to accept their invitation (see below) and them a role.
Accept an invitation
When you’re invited to a Cin7 Core account, you’ll receive an email invitation with a link. Click that link and follow the on-screen instructions:
If you’re a new Cin7 Core user (that is, you don’t already belong to another Cin7 Core account), you’ll be asked to set up a password and two-factor authentication (2FA).
If you’re an existing Cin7 Core user (that is, you already belong to another Cin7 Core account) or an adviser, you’ll be asked to log in with your existing credentials. Then you can switch between your Cin7 Core accounts using the accounts menu.
If you haven’t received your email invitation, ask Cin7 Core Support to resend it.
