Products and services list
View a list of all the products and services in your inventory. From here, you can create a new product, open a product to see its details, and many other actions.
View products
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products to view all your products, services, and other inventory items in list form.
Use Refresh to view the latest data .
Use All products to view each product family variation on a separate line of the table, or Combined view to group product family variations into a single table line.
Check Only active to exclude deprecated products from the list.
Customize product list
Customize the appearance of your product list by clicking Settings. This lets you add and remove columns to the table. Use Reset layout to return to the default Cin7 Core layout.
Delete products
Cin7 Core has two options for removing products from your inventory.
Products can be deprecated, which removes them from active inventory but keeps a record of their information.
Deprecated products can be deleted to completely remove all of their records from the system. You can only completely delete products which have not been used in any transactions or operations (purchase, sale, inventory, production, etc.).
Merge products
Merge multiple product or service records in a single product or service.
Select Inventory from the main menu, then Products.
Use the check boxes to select products to merge.
Click More actions, then Merge selected products.
Select the primary product record and click Merge to confirm. All merged products will take the values of the primary product.
Print product information
Print product labels to show a product's list price, barcode, and SKU for easy identification of items for your customers and quick scanning when processing a sale.
Print product specifications to show all details in a product's record, for example its dimensions, BOM, associated suppliers, price tier values, and more.
Import and export product information
Export downloads product information in CSV format. You can then edit the information in the file, save it, and reupload it into Cin7 Corewith Import. Cin7 Core supports import and export via CSV of the following information:
